Although made from sugar paste, we do not recommend eating your flower sprays. These sugar flowers are wired together with florist wire and wrapped in florist tape to form a single stem for ease of application. We recommend that your flower is removed prior to serving your cake.
Peonies have individually wired petals and the size can be manipulated. A large can range from 11cm-14cm wide and contains 14 petals. A medium contains 8 petals and can range from 8cm-12cm.
